Anti Virus may have something to do with this error (-6094, ), but it has been my experience that it has more to do with upgrading from an older version of QB to a current version.

This error is in direct response to trying to restore a data file that is too old for the current version.
    (i.e. – Upgrading from QB 2006 to QB 2021. )

    Simple as that.

The solution is to step up from QB 2006 to QB 2010, Then to QB 2014, and then finally to QB 2021.

Intuit will assist, but at a cost.

    Good Luck!
